Mr. Todd is a Founder and Managing Partner of Post Road. Based in Boston, Mr. Todd has spent 16 years in the real estate private equity and investment banking sectors, serving as an investor and advisor in real estate transactions totaling nearly $30 billion. Prior to founding Post Road, Mr. Todd was a Director with Citigroup Capital Markets, Citigroup's investment banking arm, where he advised public and private real estate clients on a variety of strategic transactions including initial public offerings, mergers, portfolio acquisitions, strategic partnerships, fund formations, and other financial structuring and capital raising activities.
Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Todd worked as a principal investor at the Praedium Group, a former affiliate of Credit Suisse/CSFB and sponsor of a series of real estate opportunity funds. While at Praedium, Mr. Todd worked on the acquisition, financing and asset management of a $1 billion portfolio. Prior to joining Praedium, Mr. Todd worked at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Todd received his M.A. in Physics from Brandeis University, and received his A.B. in Physics from The University of Chicago.
